Sifiso joined Fuze Aviation AMO in June 2022 and currently serves as the Quality Manager for both the AMO and the ATO. She has previously held roles as an Avionics Engineer, Technical Records Clerk, and Stores Controller at FAA. In addition, she plays a vital role in mentoring Fuze/TETA trainees during their On-the-Job Training (OJT) across several AMOs in South Africa.

At Fuze Aviation AMO, Sifiso is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance of all maintenance operations. This includes reviewing the organisation’s Maintenance Manuals to keep them aligned with SACAA regulations, conducting internal audits, and monitoring maintenance work performed by Fuze on both its own fleet and private clients’ aircraft.

Her career highlights include apprenticeship training at Air Zimbabwe Technical Training School and serving as an Avionics Engineer at Aerotech Pvt Ltd. Beyond her engineering expertise, Sifiso is also a qualified teacher in Mathematics, Science, and Engineering Drawing, a background that has equipped her with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

She has successfully worked on numerous aircraft maintenance projects and continues to balance her technical expertise with her passion for mentorship and transformation in aviation.
